The lawsuit alleges that Hairston entered the dorm room without being invited. According to the lawsuit, the woman later announced “several times, involving her having sex with her several times.” Hairston then sexually assaulted her, saying that she was “forcedly removed” her clothes.

There was no comment on the bill, referring to a statement made by general manager Brandon Bean in April during the draft.
Beane said it has “full investigation” of allegations of sexual assault from 2021, including Hairston, the team called the “perfect child.”
