As “The Secret Life of a Mormon Wife” One breakout star, preparing for the second season, is preparing for the next wave of criticism.
Fox News Digital, in an exclusive interview with Layla Taylor, he threw a divorce party while famous The first season of Hulu Show – The show was opened about the backlash received from the Latter-day Saint Church of Jesus Christ. “I think each season will see more and more voices become more active and vocal,” she added. “And after season 2, I was able to see a little more hatred at my end. But overall I think I felt good about my intentions and what I did throughout the season.”
Taylor recalled that one major wave of criticism came from the LDS church, considering the title of the show.

“I think they definitely settled down from their initial fear,” she said. The first season of the Hulu series followed the dramatic aftermath of the swing sex scandal exposed by Paul, the self-proclaimed creator of #MomTok.
Paul and her ex agreed to a lifestyle that involves having multiple partners, but the pair decided as a couple “don’t go forever.” When the scandal broke, she admitted that she had “getted out of the agreement” and tricked her with Mortensen.

Ahead of last year’s series premiere, some stars have expressed their intention to expose their lives as “Mormon’s wife.”

From revealing their deepest and personal secrets to facing betrayal and jealousy, Taylor said sacrificing life on reality television comes with “hard pressure.”
“There’s definitely a strong pressure to share everything, and if you don’t share everything, you’re hiding things,” she told Fox News Digital. “And I always get comments about plastic surgery I did on myself. Or, “Oh, I didn’t even know you were mommy. You don’t share your kids. Why do you hide them?” And my perspective on that seems to me, I’m actually protecting them from people who make unnecessary comments. ”
Taylor, the divorced mother of the two, said she quickly learned that she wasn’t going to get everyone’s approval.

“I don’t think anyone will ever become a fan of you,” she said. “I feel like I’m trying to get everything to own because I don’t want my ego side to be high, but you don’t want to be overwhelmed by all the hatred. And I remember it in my core. Don’t make everything look as vulnerable as we can.”
“You need to remember that it’s a very small percentage seen in the world and if they jump to conclusions from that small percentage, then it’s on them, but the people in your life know who you are,” she added.

While attending the reality show, Taylor said he learned a lot about himself and applied those lessons to his daily life.
“I still feel like I’m learning a lot about myself. I was 24 years old, just young, I got married at a young age. I became a wife, I was thrown into motherhood very quickly and suddenly into motherhood.
