“I’m sure everyone on our team had a different level of relationship with Kylen in some way. Everyone is going to deal with it in a different way. First of all, understand that there’s no way you should feel.” Kelly said. “We are leaning heavily towards our specialized counselling department, and having that resource here allows us to find the one-on-one conversations that people need.
Kelly praised his previous recipients, which he called “a bright star.”
“He had an incredible personality. I remember him as someone who was a man who loved to play with games, a tiger, and played with great emotions. When you think of Kylen, he almost smiles because of the way he treated himself. He was a man full of energy.

Kaylen Lacey’s father breaks silence over the death of his son
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office said deputies received a call about a man identified as Lacey. Fox 26 Houston. Authorities learn that Lacey fled the scene and launched a search after him.
Officials said deputies attempted to stop Lacey’s traffic but he led them in a car chase that lasted for miles. Lacey crashed his car in the spring, According to authorities.
Responding lawmakers removed Lacey from the vehicle and detained him, but he was found with a “self-harmed gunshot wound” and was declared dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said.
The wide receiver is currently investigating in Louisiana in connection with the crash in December, and the 78-year-old man has been killed, officials said.
