The FAC specifically asserts sufficient facts to support the claims of the Wayfarer parties against him, both based on his direct actions and his responsibility as a co-conspirator.”
“Even in a very unlikely event in which the court decides that it is ‘appropriate’ to dismiss Reynolds from a lawsuit, Reynolds cannot recover his lawyer’s fees,” he says, noting that the case does not apply to the anti-SLAPP law, which protects people from useless lawsuits.
The filing added, “In short, the claim should be denied.”

“They are again claiming honour loss without asserting who was slandered, specifically said, or how someone actually suffered harm,” the spokesman continued. “Unlike Bardoni, who built the brand by pretending to be a ‘confident’ woman in his life, Ryan Reynolds is actually the man who continues to support his wife as he stands up against the individual who not only harassed her, but also retaliated against her. “The lawsuit not only fails under New York State law, California law, but in fact, in all U.S. jurisdictions, the lawsuit may not only fail, but the wayfarer parties covering Ryan’s costs and attorney’s fees could cover the fees to bring about such a frivolous case first.”
Bardoni’s filing on Tuesday said Reynolds’ claim that Reynolds’ lawsuit “failed to fail to make the honor-loss statement he made on that face.”
