Exclusive: Rep. Mary Miller, R-Ill. called on the president Donald Trump’s Administration takes action against her condition.

Miller addressed the letter to Fox News Digital and provided a statement denounced Governor JB Pritzker.
“I am calling on Attorney General Pam Bondy and Attorney General Linda McMahon to launch an immediate investigation into IHSA and Illinois. IHSA Gov. JB Pritzker and the radical Illinois Democrats must be accountable to enforce abusive, anti-science gender policies.
Transgender athletes have been permitted to compete in women’s sports in Illinois since 2011.
After it was signed on February 5, Illinois became one of many blue states that openly ignored Trump’s executive order “exclude men from women’s sports.”
In a public letter to state GOP lawmakers last week, the IHSA said Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raul and the Illinois Department of Human Rights have declared that state law requires transgender athletes to participate based on gender identity. The IHSA cited the state’s human rights law as a barrier to ban biological men from women’s sports.
The letter came in response to a GOP lawmaker sending his letter to the IHSA in March to ask what the bodies would do to change policies after Trump’s executive order was passed.

“The Illinois High School Association has crossed a dangerous line. By blatantly violating federal law and rejecting biological reality, they not only undermine the fairness of women’s sports, but also put the safety of young women at risk,” Miller told Fox News Digital.
