Hugh Jackman and Deborah Lee Furness have been confirmed Their divorceofficially marks the end of the 27-year marriage.
According to online court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the Suffolk County Supreme Court in New York listed the status of the divorce case as “disposal.” The disposal date is listed on June 3, 2025.
Furness’s filing stated that the terms of their divorce were not contested and only requires the approval of a judge.

Representatives from Jackman and Furness did not respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
Furness, 69, officially submitted May 27th in New York due to divorce from 56-year-old Jackman. Jackman and Furness announced a friendly split in September 2023.
According to people, Furness’s attorneys also filed applications related to duo settlements, healthcare compensation and medical child support. The former couple tied the knot in 1996, when Jackman was 27 and Furness was 40.
They share two adoptive children, Oscar and AVA.

On May 27th, Furness shared a statement for the first time since filing a divorce.
“My heart and compassion are directed at everyone who has tragically crossed the traumatic journey of betrayal,” Furness said, in part, according to people.
She said their separation was “a deep scar that cuts deep.”

Furness says, “But I believe in higher powers, and I believe God/universe is always working for us, whatever you are as your guidance. This belief helped me navigate the collapse of my marriage for almost three years.”

Jackman played Conman Harold Hill, and Foster played Marian Paloo of his love interest in the Broadway musical revival, which ran from February 2022 to January 2023.
Foster filed for divorce from her husband Ted Griffin in October after 10 years of marriage.
