Reservations are officially open for Parton’s coveted property, the Songteller Hotel in downtown Tennessee.
The venue won’t welcome guests until summer 2026, but reservations are already open.

“This is a major milestone in the progress of the project,” Shannon Foster, general manager of Dolly Parton’s Songteller Hotel, told FOX News Digital.
“Extending reservations at this stage allows us to build relationships with future guests, gather early insight into demand, and carefully plan staffing and operations to ensure service delivery. Authentic hotel experience Guests can also look forward to it. ”

The hotel is located near Broadway and within walking distance of the city’s most popular music venues and attractions.
“Broadway has become a tourist hub and we felt now was the right time to bring something special to Nashville’s great activities,” Parton said on her website.

The hotel is designed as a music-driven gathering space for guests, music lovers, and fans of Parton’s work.
“This hotel, envisioned by our ‘greatest dreamer’ (Dolly), is a place to pay homage to. music, creativity And true Southern hospitality,” Foster said.

The property will offer a variety of rooms and suites, including select rooms inspired by Parton’s songwriting career.

The hotel will also feature a dedicated space focused on Parton’s life and career, Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum, on the property’s third floor.
