Matt Petgrave, man arrested after death on suspicion of manslaughter Hockey player Adam Johnson will not face charges, British prosecutors said Tuesday.

South Yorkshire police arrested Petgrave two weeks after the incident, but they had no idea who it was. Petgrave then posted a legal fee crowdfunding complaint saying he was subject to a police investigation.
