Heather Ray El Mussa I am confident in my summer.
The “Sunset of Sale” star and HGTV personality gave fans a glimpse into her wellness routine as she proudly showed off her bikini body.
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, the 37-year-old revealed her way of thinking and body transformation after welcoming her son Tristan along with her husband, Tarek El Moussa.

“Well, I’m vegan. I’ve been vegan since I was in my 20s, so I eat very nicely,” shared El Musa. “I think that’s a big part.”
The new mom revealed that it took her time to find the rhythm again after giving birth.
“After Tristan, it took me a while to go back to my training routine and have a newborn baby and get a sense of that balance,” she explained. “I walk a lot. And I met my trainer, Paulina, and she started coming to my house. We do a training routine at home. We added with weights.”
For reality stars, weight training was a game changer.

“I was never a weight girl,” she admitted. “I’ve always liked Pilates and running and cardio…I limited my carbs…I was really strict with what I really ate. And after I started lifting weights and then having Tristan, I really needed it – I really needed it – I just nourished my body…I wanted healthy calories…
In a social media video, Elmsa flaunted her transformation and some of her routines. “I have three meals and two snacks, all of which have some protein,” she shared in the caption. “The smoothie is me [go-to]Or I love the rice cake with avocado and hemp hearts! I’ll eat [balanced] A diet with healthy carbohydrates. ”

Her training includes tripling strength, Pilates and pelvic floor combos a week. I do a full routine once a week for cardio. I walk every day (sometimes twice).
The “Flip Off” star gave birth to her son, Tristan, in early 2023. She explained that it was a process that made me feel like I was once again, and it was a lot of effort.

“He’s almost two and a half years old. I’m proud of my body and what I’ve built,” she said. “I don’t have abs every day. One day, I’m very bloated. Mentally, physically, I just feel bad… I’m working really hard to have this body, and I really did. Health is a priority now. “

But it’s not just fitness and health that she’s focused on this summer.
El Musa recently created a “splash” with her beauty brand Heather Ray Essential, bringing some big summer heat.

Real estate experts baked by the pool and showed off her fit figures in several bikini along with her fellow reality star and her husband Tarek’s ex-wife Christina Huck.
El Musa spoke to Fox News Digital about her decision to work with Hark, 42, and her vision behind her summer bikini photo shoot.

“I’m all about making a big splash no matter what I do,” she said with a smile. “This is my beauty brand. I put a lot of effort into it — I knew collaborating with her would only break the internet.”
The two blonde bombs heated things up in their cheeky bikini, promoting a new shade of Elmusa’s “perfect pin clip gloss.”
“The ultimate pop of pink summer colors,” she explained. “I call it ‘Hot Girl Summer’. For me, it was just exuding summer and that’s what I wanted to seduce it in a very pink colour… Champagne and poolside – I want you to wear it… feel confident and empowered. ”
“Pop that,” she added.

The internet wasn’t enough when Elmsa and Hark posed together for a poolside photo shoot.
“We film “The Flip Off” together and raise our kids together… We’re here to support each other,” El Mussa told Fox News Digital. “We had a really good time…we were taking photos together.”

Elmsars Husband Tarek43-year-old had previously married Haack for seven years before his divorce was finalized in 2018.
They will collaborate with their daughter Taylor and son Braden – and their two children, who will star together in HGTV’s “The Flip Off.” Tarek and Heather tied the knot in 2021.
