Helen Hunt recently shared his honest thoughts on how Hollywood’s unattainable beauty standards had a negative impact on her mental health.

Hunt added, “I realized that this could quietly ruin your life.” I made a decision: I’m not going to play [let it] It takes up a lot of space in my mind. ”
“The better it gets,” the actress said her approach was influenced by the “only diet,” an influence of a book written by spiritual leader Sondrarei.
