
George Clooney His wife, Amal, celebrated the opening night of his Broadway play “Goodnight and Good Luck” without Amal on his side.
Clooney debuted the play he wrote and starred at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City on Thursday night.
While talking to the reporter, George said “Because she’s with the kids,” Amal missed his big night. People Magazine. The couple has twins Alexander and Ella.

Even without Amal, Clooney’s night was star-studded.

Clooney’s family moved to New York while focusing on their Broadway debut. In February, Clooney was a guest on “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and shared how his family adapted.
“They love to be here. So why don’t you love this? It’s New York City.”

“In fact, you work at night so play is a good schedule. You can see the kids during the day, so that’s fine,” Clooney added.

“Goodnight, Good Luck” is a Broadway adaptation of Clooney from the 2005 film he directed. The play, like a film, depicts the true story of CBS news journalist Edward R. Murrow’s release on Sen. Joseph McCarthy.

At the 2006 Oscars, Clooney was nominated for Best Director and received the original script for “Goodnight, Good Luck.”

Clooney previously worked on Broadway. In 1986 he appeared in the play “viscous” and appeared on the life of punk musician Sid Vicious. According to People, his work in his play won his first agent and role in camera.
