Fox News Digital can confirm that Reality Star 43 was not arrested and was cited by the authorities only after the incident. He is said to have been caught up in a fierce encounter to protect his older father.
“On June 5, 2025, officers responded to a battery incident in the 3300 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard,” the Metro Police Department in Las Vegas confirmed with Fox News Digital.

El Musa has not dealt with the incident publicly, but his wife, Heather El Musa, took her to social media to share her weekend trip Las Vegas.

Elmusa was married previously Christina Huck41, seven years before the divorce was confirmed in 2018. They co-parent the two children and will star together in the new HGTV reality show, “The Flip Off.”

The “Flipping 101” star faced the horrifying reality of fighting not one but two different types of cancer in his early 30s.
“People, cancer is a scary word, and when you’re facing cancer, you know that there’s always a chance of that death,” El Musa said.
“And as you stare in the face, it really, really, really notices you and really realizes that you should be grateful.”

For El Mussa, cancer wasn’t the only thing that scared her. It was a fear of not being there for his family, especially the baby girl of his time.
“The most frightening part of me was not knowing whether I’d live or die, because when I was young, I had a family, my daughter, Taylor, and the most frightening thing was that I didn’t know if I would raise a baby.”

In 2013 he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. This was discovered after fans noticed a lump around their neck at one of the shows and suggested they see a doctor. Soon after that, he was also diagnosed with testicular cancer.
The “Flip or Flop” star announced he was cancer-free in 2019.
