Miami International Holdings, also known as the Financial Markets Exchange Miax, raised over $345 million IPO Wall Street debut.
The $23 priced shares exceeded 33% on the first day of trading and are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under Ticker MIAX.

“We are a technology-driven leader in building and operating regulated financial markets across multiple asset classes and regions. Our MIAX exchange market is made possible through unique technologies built in-house,” according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
“We believe that the speed and performance of our unique technology, coupled with fully integrated, award-winning customer service, is different from our competitors.”
According to the company, these asset classes include US options, stocks, futures and listings. Revenue from IPOs is directed towards general corporate purposes.

Total options volume across all classes rose to a record 1.1 billion contract, up 42.9% year-on-year. The total market share is 16.2%.
