Mia Sarah, best known for her performances Matthew Broderick’s In “Ferris Buehler’s Holiday,” girlfriend Sloan made the rare red carpet appearance this week, following her first film role in 14 years.
57-year-old Sarah, star of Stephen King’s adaptation, The Life of Chuck People Magazine She decided to go back to the big screen and work with Mike Flanagan, director of The Haunting of Hill House and Doctor Sleep.
Sarah said Outlet Flanagan’s 2021 Netflix Limited series, “Midnight Mass,” is “one of my favorite things I’ve ever seen.”

Along with Sarah, he stars Tom Hiddleston, Jacob Trembray, Mark Hamill, Benjamin Pajack, Chuetel Egiofor and Karen Gillan.

The “Ransom Canyon” star thought he would land a Netflix role before his Hollywood career ended.
Sarah plays the grandmother of Chuck, the same name, played by Tremblay, Pajak and Hiddleston in various ways.

Sarah’s final big screen role came in 2011 when she played Princess Langwidere in “Dorothy and the Witch of Oz.”

“To be honest, it was really about the microphone,” Sarah told people when asked if she was planning on doing more in the future. “If Mike needs me, I’ll be there.”
“The Life of Chuck” will premiere nationwide on June 13th at a limited theatre on Friday.
