The documentary highlights the Fabre scandal, allegedly sending inappropriate messages to women while playing for the New York Jets, and the alleged involvement in the Mississippi state welfare scandal.

Upon the release of the documentation, Favre reposted two X-posts ripping Netflix.
“Netflix is chasing @Brettfavre to be an outspoken Trump supporter. We’re standing with Brett Favre.” Hodge twins wrote.
I wrote @stevelovesammo“Have you ever noticed that every time these ‘scandals’ support President Trump out loud, these ‘scandals’ appear to be appearing (or repeated)? …Brett is under constant attack from mainstream media.
“If he wasn’t a conservative, this wouldn’t have happened now. Was this a hit documentary because Donald Trump won the 2024 election? That’s not decided yet.
While speaking at a Trump rally in October just before the election, Fabre said voting for Kamala Harris was “crazy.”

“We’ve already had President Trump. We’ve seen Kamala do. We can compare and know which is better,” Fabre told the rally. “The definition of madness has done the same thing over and over and over, and I’m hoping for a different outcome… It would be insane to have Kamala in office for another four years. So it’s time to bench Kamala and put him at star quarterback.”
“America is a great country, but we all know this. Kamala broke it. Trump will fix it,” added Fabre. “I have lived my dream of America, but I want to make sure future generations reach that same way. Don’t forget this. Let’s make America great again.”

Fabre has long supported Trump. I was in a “better place” When he was president. He supported Trump in 2020 due to his stance on freedom of speech, gun rights and support for the military and police after the summer of racial unrest after George Floyd’s death.
