Michigan football coach Sheron Moore 2 Game Suspension Several outlets reported Monday during the 2025 season as part of school voluntary sanctions from the 2023 Connor Stallion Scout scandal.
Moore is named after the full-time Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh’s The departure involved a series of deleted text messages between him and Stallion.
The message was thought to have been exchanged for news of the same day of a scheme suspected of stealing the signs.

The message was eventually retrieved via “device imaging.” NCAA claim notification I got it in 2024. Michigan could face future sanctions from the NCAA, but former Ohio coach, Urban Meyer, lobbyed for severe punishment, especially for Moore.
“If you’re lying as an NCAA college football coach, in my personal opinion, you’re done, you’re done,” Meyer said in a recent edition. “Triple Option Show.”
“It’s not writing text messages. It’s not going to be lunching with someone you’re not going to lunch with. It’s not sending a letter when you’re not supposed to,” Meyer said. “All flirty level 3 and all of its nonsense.”

Meyer admitted that his opinion was harsh, but he said that suspicious behavior was unacceptable.
“When they get you, they say, ‘Did you do this?’ And they refused to cooperate, or they lied in my very strong opinion, you know, what’s going on with Division I College football and basketball?

Stallion was suspended by the state of Michigan in October 2023 He resigned from his position In the football program the following month. He was named defensive coordinator at Detroit Mumford High School in August 2024.

Meyer coached Buckeyes Ohio State became the first college football playoff recipient for the 2014 national title after the regular season. Ohio State defeated Notre Dame in January to win its latest national championship.
