Kemp still faces the possibility of prison time. The second attack in Washington will face a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $20,000. The verdict is scheduled for August 22nd.

Kemp played in the NBA from 1989 to 2003. He was the first pick for Supersonics and played for the team from the 1996-97 season. Seattle played the lead role of Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls They lost in six games in the 1996 NBA Finals.
