“Duck Dynasty” Alum Willie Robertson recalls his late father, Phil Robertson, through his faith and final moments.
Starring in the hit A&E reality series for five years from 2012 to 2017, Willie lamented the loss of her legendary father on Sunday after her death. My beloved head was 79 years old.
“I remember Phil’s many prayers on Memorial Day. I’ve been with my father for so long. I don’t have enough words to tell it all. It’s probably going to take months or years,” he began a sincere tribute on Instagram in the carousel of the photo.

“Looking back at the photos, I realized that he always looks at me in an interesting way. [probably] “How did this boy turn out like this?”
Willie recalls breakdancing for her father when she was a child and decides to show off her move to Phil just before his death.

“At the end of his life, I came into his room… I did another dance with a much weaker voice he said, I don’t know why I was always dancing in front of Phil.

Willie continued to reveal the bonds that truly hold their father-son relationship together – faith.
“Most importantly, he taught me the value of sharing my faith with others. He was the same on Sunday, just like he did on Friday. Most of our conversation was about sharing the gospel, not hunting or business.”

He continued to remember the last words his father had said to him.
“The last thing he said to me as he leaned against his weakened body was, “You are my brother.” That makes perfect sense to me. He always said we were colleagues in God’s Kingdom. Maybe that’s what I always called him. I don’t know if he’s in heaven or not.

Famous for starting the Duck Commander Hunting Company, which became the focus of his A&E show, Phil was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in December 2024.
His son concluded his sincere tribute and said, “Phil, I love you and I miss you. Thank you for raising me the right way, thank you for teaching me the most important lesson to prepare me on the day you pass by.

Sadie’s mother, Corey Robertsonand announced Phil’s death on Sunday, writing online that his family is celebrating Phil’s “with the Lord now.”

She pointed out that the family will be taking part in private services, but details about the public celebration of life will soon be available.
A&E announced earlier this year that it will be revived eight years after the hit show aired its final episode.
“Duck Dynasty: Revival” is Willie, his wife, their Adult childrenoutlines John Luke, Sadie, Will, Bella and Rebecca and their grandchildren.
