The Miami home of Sean “Diddy” Combs in South Florida’s exclusive Star Island sector was one of the targets attacked in a federal incident against the dishonest music mogul.

Almost 20 years later, he fired $35 million to buy the neighboring house, a one-star island. Gloria and Emilio Estefan. The 1.3-acre property boasts an 8,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

HSI Special Agent Gerald Ganon claimed that law enforcement officials recovered the semi-automatic rifle on March 25, 2024. Ganon told U.S. Lawyer’s Madison Smither that he is not only responsible for planning and carrying out the attack, but he will also be positioned near the evidence van and see evidence being recovered. Ganon was also personally in all rooms at Diddy’s Star Island Mansion except the basement.

He claimed, on the stand, that “80-90 officers” were involved in the search due to the size of the property and security measures. The search is said to have started at 3:30pm, which is “not typical,” but the agent learned that Diddy was traveling abroad, so HSI waited.
Photographic evidence from one of the rooms included an image of the AR-15 on the shelf above. Platform high heels, adult toys, baby oil, lingerie and condoms were also seen in the room. One image showed the bottom of the AR-15 rifle, with two upper receivers displayed inside the towel.

Ganon testified that the serial number was cut out from the weapon.

Los Angeles litigator John J. Perstein told Fox News Digital that the government might be able to seize his property, but Diddy would forfeit him, saying he “still has the right to fight.”
“In the case of OJ Simpson, Florida’s Homestead Exemption Act prevented the forced sale of his property in order to fulfill his debt and civil obligations, as the property was not related to the charges against him,” Perstein said. “Diddy may have the right to not associate one of his residences with suspected crimes.”
