After finding fraudulent unemployment payments of $382 million since 2020, Government Efficiency (DOGE) has identified California, New York and Massachusetts as key perpetrators.
Three Democrat-led states Doge said Thursday that it accounted for the $305 million inappropriate claim payment.
The group added it California It also accounted for 68% of benefits distributed to parolees under former President Joe Biden by federal authorities as being on the government’s terrorist watch list or have a criminal history.

“There’s a reason for a massive escape from a Democratic-run state that mismanaged their economy and forced residents into the nearest Republican-led state,” White House spokesman Harrison Fields told Fox News Digital. “Americans are overwhelmingly supportive of Doge’s work as high taxes, poor managers in taxpayer dollars and progressive policies continue to have negative consequences.”
Earlier this week, Doge reported that hundreds of millions of fraudulent unemployment benefits have been brought to tens of thousands of recipients who have been listed as having a date of birth that has not yet occurred since 2020.
“This is another incredible discovery by the Doge team, finding nearly $400 million in fraudulent unemployment payments. Labor Department They are working to recover stolen taxes for Americans. We will continue to work to catch these burglars and eradicate terrible fraud,” said Lori Chavez Deremar, director of the Department of Labor.
Additionally, Doge discovered this week that enrolling immigrants in the country with minimal screening was “normal” under the Biden administration, resulting in more than 6,000 people who have criminal history or flagged the FBI terrorist watch list entering the country.
Doge ends its 108 “wasteful” contract.

Additionally, Doge has discovered that hundreds of these people can gather public interest, including around $42,000 through the government’s unemployment insurance program. These people also collected money from the federal student loan program, food stamp program and IRS tax refunds.
