A US law firm called Dawn Richard on the standa former member of Diddy’s Danity Kane Girl Group, who allegedly threatened to remain quiet about alleged abuse of his then-girlfriend Kathy Ventura.
Los Angeles litigator John J. Perstein told Fox News Digital exclusively that Richard’s testimony could affect government assaulters and support the Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) accusations.

“Dawn Richard, supporting CASSIE Ventura’s testimony, provided multiple occasion eyewitness testimony of whether the defendant hit or attempted to attack Ventura, and also testified to combs’ dominant actions that he “owned Ventura and said her success was on his terms,” Perlstein said.
“In regards to Rico’s accusations, Dawn also testified that Combs threatened to remain silent, which is perceived as an attempt to intimidate the witness and hamper justice.
Richard testified Monday that she told Cathy to leave Diddy after witnessing the founder’s violent behavior towards his girlfriend. It is said that Kathy was torn, but Richard testified that Kathy would listen, but he could see the horror.

Richard claimed that Diddy “come downstairs downstairs and was mad that f— was his egg.” She then claimed Diddy grabbed an egg pan and tried to smash Kathy in her head.
It is said that Cathy fell to the ground predicting a hit, but that didn’t hit her.
“She’s gone into the fetal position… literally trying to hide her face,” Richard said.

Richard told the court on Friday that she allegedly had an argument one day. “I observed Cathy being attacked.The “Missing You” rapper told her that he was a par on the course in a normal relationship.

Diddy and Richard were in the recording studio when they said that what was spotted the day before was “passion” and what people in relationships do. He insisted that Cathy was fine and that it would have been great if they didn’t say anything.
The rapper is said to have said that people would be missing, where he came from. She hears his words and means that people have died.
Diddy is said to have never liked Richard talking to Cathy. Richard claimed that Combs told them if they weren’t lined up with results.

Richard also testified that she is willing to work with Diddy again, even after she allegedly threatened her life.
Diddy’s defenseNicole Westmoreland asked Richard about reaching out to a comb in 2020 or 2021. Richard testified that if they have Diddy, then bring the dirty money back together, she should be around the comb frequently: working, writing, touring, traveling out of state and abroad.

Richard told U.S. Attorney Assistant Mitzi Steiner that Diddy’s third member, dirty money, Karenna Harper, requested it, and after finishing his professional relationship, he contacted Diddy to work with him.

Richard explained that the contact was sporadic, but she wanted to get Diddy – she wanted the dirty money back together due to the problems Harper allegedly had. According to Richard, she didn’t want to go back to work with Diddy because “it wasn’t good.” She insisted that she just wanted to help her friends.
Kelly Morgan also testified and argued that Diddy physically assaulted her in 2018, leading to the end of her friendship with the “Me&U” singer. Diddy’s lawyers questioned Morgan why it broke her friendship with Cathy. Morgan replied, “I draw my own line with physical abuse.” Morgan’s testimony says she and Cathy have not spoken in seven years.

Morgan cut off contact after Cathy offered $30,000 to sign the NDA about Diddy’s abuse after Cathy claimed he attacked her at Kathy’s house in 2018.
When Didi entered the room they were said to have listened to music. Kathy is said to have tried to lock herself in the bathroom.

Diddy was indicted Assault conspiracy. Sex trafficking by force, fraud, or forced. and transport engaged in prostitution on September 17th under an unsealed federal complaint. He maintains his innocence. If convicted, he faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars, or the maximum life sentence in prison.
Authorities claimed Diddy did it Crime companies Through his businesses such as Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises, and Combs Global. According to prosecutors, he used “firearms, threats of violence, forced, verbal, emotional, physical and sexual abuse” to satisfy his sexual desires.
