A class action lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas claimed that hackers accessed Oracle’s servers around Jan. 22, stealing data from more than 6 million customers.
The lawsuit alleges that Oracle was unable to secure sensitive, personally identifiable information and personal health information from class members, and was opened to identity theft.
The lawyer said Oracle did not disclose the violation within 60 days, as required by Texas law.
Oracle did not respond immediately Fox Business’ Request a comment.
