“I was honest about how sometimes there are really dark corners between my ears,” he continued. “In the end, the farm is where I found a lot of peace – that space and separation – I just walk out there and walked. It made a huge difference for me on many levels, and it was an opportunity. [find] Something that’s going well with me. And I think it’s good that you can share it too. ”
Before finding Megastardom, Nashville-born singer, 40, had his share Personal struggle. After his first juvenile detention at the age of 13, Jerry Roll went in and out of prisons that lasted for years. While behind the bar, the country star found a drinking and a new understanding and gratitude for his faith.

“I have been a scary person for decades, and I have been able to turn that around and send a message to music and help people.

“In the end, the farm is where I found a lot of peace, and its space and separation – I’m just going out and walking there.”
“I don’t think you can tell me honestly, look back, talk about where I’m from now, or say you don’t want to believe in a second chance,” he told Fox News Digital. “The second chance is not just one person’s life, but it’s not just living, but it has a domino effect that goes beyond that person.”

“It settles down to their family, their friends, their communities, etc.” he continued. “My father always says that change begins in your mind, then he goes to your home, then he goes to your street, then your community and beyond. Often, the ability to believe in that change is all part of it, often with the opportunity to do something differently or compensate for it before.”

Jerry Roll, who recently took on the role of being the first “American Idol” to be “residence artist,” said it was “rewarding” to be in a position to provide advice and guidance to young competitors trying to create their own name.

“It was honestly an incredible experience to know these kids and take part in this,” he said. “And the level of talent is unrealistic, and it’s really rewarding to see it unfold this season, to see each of them go there, to overtake themselves from before and show them another aspect of what they can do.

“I’m rooting for all of them,” he continued. “And I am a really proud parent, and I can see the moment I am working through something from the rehearsal.
The country star heading for stage coach this weekend said his role in “Idol” has been humbled in that he realizes he’s kicking moments out of his career path.

“Also, they’re happening because of the pace at which the industry can move, so you’ve almost made you relive your own moments. “But when I’m sitting, when you’re the first time you go on stage or talking about your first live show, it brings back those moments to me too, just like you did the first time playing on stage at an awards show or sang that new song for the first time.
