R-Tenn. , Senator Tim Burchett announced Doge Committeea House Subcommittee focusing on providing government efficiency will hold hearings on keeping men out of women’s sports.
Burchett led the hearing this week and posted a video on his X account explaining the key initiative.
“We see how crazy it is Riley Gaines And the rest of the crew really put it to the public,” Burchett said.

“The president has issued an executive order, and some people ignore this. I’m going to hear some really horrifying stories of young women who have really stolen their careers and some of them well.”
Burchett was aggressive before the president. Donald Trump’s Executive Order, “No males in women’s sports,” has been signed.
Burchett voted It’s advantageous for hjres. 165overturns Biden administration rules that allow men identified as women to be protected under Title IX of the Civil Rights Act.

“Title IX of the Civil Rights Act was passed to ensure that women are not unfairly denied education and sports opportunities, Burchett said during a July 2024 House debate.
The bill ultimately passed 210-205.
Trump’s Presidential Order In February, I signed a contract with a national girl and a woman on Sports Day. This promises to provide equal access to female athletes in female sports and all women’s sports.

“This doesn’t have to be long. It’s all about common sense,” Trump said before signing the order.
“The war with women’s sports is over,” he added.
One day later, the NCAA revised its gender eligibility policy to limit participation in women’s categories to biological women only. However, the new policy has been criticized by some women sports activists for not going well enough.
Still, some states, including California and Maine, are not following executive orders.
Trump recently spoke at the University of Alabama at his graduation ceremony, where he cried out to the school’s SEC champion women’s track and field team. He used it to fall into his vows to “protect women’s sports.”
“As long as I am president, we will always protect women’s sports. Men don’t play women’s sports,” Trump said before the crowd erupted in cheers.

“No way. They say it’s an 80-20 issue. No, I think it’s a 97-3 issue,” Trump added. “No, men don’t play in women’s sports. I said that. You know, I categorized it with a very strong executive order. That’s over.”
