Chrissy Metz thanked her God Move to Nashville Enter the music industry.

She continued, “And he said, ‘Do you want to write music? Do you sing? I don’t know about you either.” And I said, ‘Yes, yes, it was my first love. And he was like, ‘Well, I live in Nashville. Are you kidding me, thank you.’ And I came out to start songwriting with an incredible songwriter. ”
The 44-year-old said she was originally from Florida, “So the South is very familiar to me,” and her family lived there for eight months during the coronavirus pandemic.

“And it just becomes a very comfortable place and you can go anywhere for 10 or 15 minutes,” she said. “You can eat the best food, watch three different shows overnight, then write a song.
She still owns a house in Los Angeles – before the move, she was coming and going on a holiday from “This Is Us” – and when she was there recently, “My 20-year-old friend is ‘What are you doing?” So I don’t know I’ll give up on it completely, but from what I’m doing now, I’m just so happy here. ”

“It took me 2 hours and 15 minutes in LA. It took me seven minutes here,” she told Fox News Digital, adding that she feels she is giving Nashville a better “quality of life.”
“I hate to say quality of life. For me, spending time in traffic is about quality of life, and I’m grateful to have a car.

“As a child, I had a hard time expressing my feelings,” she explained. “And I think our world will be a very different place if we treat the soil and feel like every child has been heard and seen from a very young age.

She said she spoke to God about her feelings, “every day, sometimes every minute.”
“They always wanted to talk about their feelings,” she said while reading their first book to children at church and school. “We ask about specific questions. They always wanted to talk about how they felt, what they were scared, happy or nervous. It was certainly a thru line and thread every time.

With experience teaching kindergarten with 10 Nie and Ne, Mets remembered to talk to the children. “It’s something that happened at a certain toy or at home, but the underlined is, “Hey, you know, I feel a certain way. Would you like to listen?” And it just keeps showing up, and it keeps showing up in all sorts of conversations. ”

She added, “If you really listen, you can hear what the person you’re talking about is saying, what you’re talking about, what you’re kids, adults, what you’re saying.”
The Mets said, “I didn’t feel like I’d seen or heard as a child. I was a middle child of five. I learned a lot. I collected a lot, but it was tough.”
Mets’s “When I Speak to God, I Speak About Feelings” is a follow-up to her first book, “When I Speak to God, I Speak About You.” (Young Penguin reader)
She continued, “So you know, for the young people who may be on the same boat, I’m like, ‘Oh, I want to see you, and I want to hear you, and I want to see you.’ ”
The Mets hopes the book will “create a conversation” between readers and listeners. “And even if it’s not the conversation you want to have in the end, I hope it will encourage connections and time with the people you are reading it.

“I hope they take away that they are loved, that they are important and that their feelings are very effective,” she added.
Praying “morning to night” is also an important part of her day.
In addition to praying before conducting meetings, interviews, auditions and other things all day long, “Whether it’s friends or family who are going through something, whether I see some, if I see an ambulance driving on the road, I pray. I just stop and pray for that person. And I think a positive collective consciousness is very important whether you call it a prayer or you call your higher powers. ”

She said she starts every day with a thank you prayer, and I just keep going the day. ”

“I always want to put positive attitude,” she added. “And to me it looks like a prayer in my connection and in my relationship with God.”
