Ed Gale, actor best known for portraying the horror icon “Chucky”; I’m dead. He was 61 years old.
Actor nie Keize Gale confirmed the death of his famous uncle on Fox News Digital.

Gale rose to fame in 1988 when he played the scary doll in a movie “Children’s play.” He recreated his role in the 1990 sequel.
His nie shared more of her uncle’s backstory, including how he began his acting career with humble beginnings.

“Ed dreamed of riding in California at the age of 20 for $41, and he never looked back,” she wrote.
“He lit up the silver screens of cult classic films like Howard the Duck and Chopper China in the zombie town, earning serious road credibility in all the scams he attended.

She noted that the actor has appeared in over 130 films, television shows and commercials, leaving behind a “legacy full of suspicious lighting and an astonishing one-liner.”
He booked many gigs in Hollywood, but Kayes shared that his favorite role was his uncle.

“Ed’s favorite role was the role of “fun uncle.” His love language was to share his love for the entertainment industry and the magic of Hollywood with his nie. ”
Kayse further shared that the actor’s favorite food is the hot dog, “I enjoyed remembering my glory days at Plainwell Roller Rink.”

She concluded her heartfelt tribute with “Lest in Love,” noting that funeral arrangements are on hold.
Born in 1963, Gale grew up in Plainwell, Michigan. At 20, he left his hometown to pursue his acting dreams in Hollywood.
Gale is best known for his role in “Child’s Play,” but he also played “Children’s Play 2” and the iconic puppet. “Chucky’s Bride.” Credits for his other films include Tasha, a baby dinosaur from the 1986 cult classic, Howard the Duck, and 1991’s Land of the Lost, and voiced the character The Mole in the 2000 film The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Other screen credits for Gale include Spaceballs, Baywatch, 3rd Rock from the Sun, My Name Is Earl, and Friday the 13th: The Series.
