Cheryl Burke As for those who criticize her appearance, she’s putting her feet down.
Sunday, “Dancing with the stars” The alum took her to social media to address recent comments she got about her looks and cleaned the air about whether she had done her job.
“Let’s talk to the elephant in the comments section,” Burke said. Tiktok video. “I’m not on ozempic. I’m not sick. I didn’t get a face implant and no, I didn’t get an eyebrow lift. ”

“The level of predictions that are happening and what I’m witnessing is wild,” she said.
“The way some of you guys talk about me, you think I’m a headline or a filter, not a person.”
Burke detailed in “the most disappointing part,” saying he hopes people will see “old” versions of themselves.
“‘Zack and Cody’s sweet life,’ Cheryl,” she said. “In 2006, I was told, “Stars with the Stars with the Season 2, Cheryl, who I had been divorced at the age of 21 or three years ago.
“Assumptions are as tired as hell,” she continued. “The accusations are totally cruel and the fact that so many of them actually come from women is what makes it shocking and hurtful, to be very honest.”
“I’ve been in the public eye since I was 21. My body has changed over the past 20 years. “I’ve had so many traumas, divorces. This is a disappointing party. Drinking, burning out, reinventing, I healed, I lost, I was sad like someone else.”

“Yeah, maybe it will show up, but I’m sorry about it, not a bit,” she added.
But Burke, who divorced Matthew Lawrence in 2022, acknowledged one major change.
“Do you really want to know what’s changed?” she asked. “My passion, my purpose, my commitment, my commitment to using this platform for something real.
“This pressure to prove I wasn’t doing anything was very challenging,” she continued.

“I’m still the same person who has defended mental health and body image for many years,” she said. “I’m doing it in a different way now than you’re used to. I’m quiet, bounded and discernible, and frankly, I’m not as safe as before.”
“There’s a tone on certain platforms that feel more like a firing team than a real community,” she continued. “The saddest part of all is how I witness women demolish other women while pretending to be of concern. This is 41 years old and I am still healing, growing up and still choosing to show up.”

Burke said her followers “if you’re there to speculate, compare, or request the answer you’re not “not welcome” and “not welcome” in her space.”
“But if you evolved here, learn, support, welcome, we’re just starting out,” she concluded.
In the caption of the video, Burke said, “I’m not Ozempic. I’m not sick. I didn’t get a ‘new face’. Stop analyzing a woman’s body like your reminder.
