“Charlie was one of the first people to call when he thought about running for the Senate in early 2021,” Vance wrote. “We spoke through everything from strategy to fundraising to the grassroots of the movement he knows well. He introduced me to some of the people who run my campaign, and also introduced me to Donald Trump Jr..”
