New Jersey property developer Charles Kushner will be considered by the US Senate on Monday for ambassadors to France and Monaco.
Ivanka Trump’s stepfather, Kushner, was previously forgiven by the president. Donald Trump Regarding federal tax evasion and violations of the Federal Election Commission since 2005 during the greats’ first term.
In 1985 he founded the Kushner Company, and has long been a philanthropist for Jewish causes and institutions, particularly Yeshiva University in Washington Heights, Manhattan.
He also donated to St. Barnabas Hospital in Essex County, New Jersey.

At the confirmation hearing on May 1, Kushner acknowledged his past legal failures and claimed that they sharpened his judgment and better prepared him for both the ambassador and his life.
“I think my past mistakes actually make me… my worth better and I’m more qualified to do this job,” he told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
Just celebrating his 71st birthday, Kushner was nominated in November after Trump called him an “amazing business leader, philanthropist and deal maker.”

“He was recognized as the New Jersey Entrepreneur of the Year, and Ernst & Young was appointed to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Council, serving as commissioner and chair of the New York & New Jersey Port Authority, serving on a committee of top institutions, including NYU,” Trump said.
“Congratulations to Charlie, his wonderful wife, Cerile, four children and 14 grandchildren. His son, Jaredand worked closely with me at the White House, particularly on Warp Speed, criminal justice reform and Abraham’s collaboration. ”
Trump added That Kushner will help strengthen America’s partnership with “our oldest allies and one of our biggest.”
