Regina testified that she was “physically ill” and didn’t understand much of it. She claimed that the sex tape threw her, but she understood that Diddy was said to hurt Kathy. She testified that Diddy asked for $20,000 to retrieve the money she spent on Cathy.

At the time, Diddy was said to have been angry that Cathy was with another person. The money was expected to come from Regina and her husband.
Regina claimed she took a home equity loan to pay for the rapper “last night.” When Regina received the wiring instructions, she claimed she wired money from her checking account to a bad boy account. It is said that after about 4-5 days the money was returned. Regina said she hadn’t had a conversation with Diddy about the money and didn’t have a copy of the wiring instructions.

“I was scared of my daughter’s safety,” Regina told US lawyer Aide Emily Johnson.

“The testimony of Ventura’s mother further supports the allegations made by her daughter and further supports the recurring pattern of threats the prosecution is trying to prove,” Perstein told Fox News Digital.
“It is possible that the defense discovered that the witness was terrible and therefore refused to cross-examine, but it is unusual, as it is common practice to ask witnesses in the stands, at least even unrelated softball questions.”
He added, “Avoiding cross-examination creates a recognition that witnesses should be believed in all respects in the eyes of the ju apprentice.”

Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, did not ask Regina to oppose the general court strategy regarding the victim’s mother, according to former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani.

Cathy testified that Diddy was allegedly raped after the breakup, claiming that she would enter rehabilitation at the beginning of 2023 after suffering from a “terrifying flashback” of abuse.
