JSERRA Catholic High School, Orange Lutheran High School and Clean Lutheran High School sent a joint letter to the CIF on Thursday, referring to the trans athletes who competed in the qualifying round for the state semi-finals on Saturday.

“For young women, the CIF’s gender identity policy means that it is not a place to compete with the lost opportunities and the outcome of this policy is felt to be a CIF’s state semi-final competition for athletics events. The text has been read.
“CIF’s gender identity policy promotes an increasingly hostile environment for religious schools. The expectation that all faith-based schools will promote CIF’s gender identity policy will be that religious schools are in an unacceptable position to adhere to the doctrine of faith in classrooms and communities, and practice something that contradicts faith in the athletic field.
The letter suggests some of the female athletes competing at three Christian schools whom they thought were not competing with trans athletes in Saturday’s semi-finals.
And before Saturday met at Yoruba Linda High School, several female athletes, parents and school officials spoke at a press conference hosted by California Family Council outreach director Sophia Raleigh.
“No matter how hard we try, no matter how many hours we put in, the reality is that men and women are different,” said Olivia Viola of Clean Lutheran. “To me, this doesn’t seem fair. The CIF does nothing to protect our female athletes.”
The CIF is currently under investigation by the U.S. Department of Education to enable trans athletes to compete with women’s sports in potential Title IX violations.
California was one of the first states to openly rebelled against President Donald Trump’s executive order “demote men from women’s sports” after signing on February 5th.
“CIF provides students with the opportunity to belong to, connect and compete in education-based experiences in accordance with California law. [Education Code section 221.5. (f)] The CIF previously said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom said in an episode of his podcast that he believes that trans athletes competing with the girl are “deeply unfair.” But the governor still justified the policies that made it possible for empathy to the trans community.
The state has erupted multiple controversies over the past year, with many other residents and even some schools opposing state officials who are implementing inclusion policies.
San Bernardino’s Redlands Unified School Board voted in late April to adopt a new policy that keeps trans athletes out of women’s sports.
a Bipartisan investigation The California Institute of Public Policy found that the majority of California residents are opposed to biological male transathletes competing in women’s sports.
That number includes more than 70% State school parents.
“Most Californians support the requirement that trans athletes compete in teams that are assigned to the gender-specific teams at birth,” the poll said.
