Ballard was on air when the broadcast booth asked him to get their number.
“I’m seriously dead, they’re saying in my ears now… She doesn’t believe me because she thinks you guys are making this up,” Ballard said. “In the future, it’s actually a pretty good move.
“I should have thought about it this year.”
It appears that a woman has put her phone number on Ballad’s phone. The other women did not appear to have followed the lawsuit.
