Susan Olsen She made certain sacrifices when she starred as Cindy Brady for half a decade in “The Brady Bunch.”
Olsen was on a panel at Chocolate Expo with her “Brady Bunch” co-stars, Christopher Knight, When Mike Lookinland and Barry Williams revealed that they must dye their hair every three weeks to maintain Cindy’s appearance.
According to peopleFan asked Olsen if he needed to dye his hair to dye his hair as Cindy. Olsen was seven years old when she took on the role.

“You bet. I had to dye my hair every three weeks. If I watch the third season, my hair is like a blonde shade every episode,” Olsen said.
She was passing through her hair so much that it started to fall.
“They were trying different things, and then my hair started falling. So I went back to having my mother do my hair every Friday night.”
Cindy Brady’s signature Carl also didn’t come naturally to Olsen.

“My hair was straight, so I had to keep it on the roller. I couldn’t do that. Hold the curl Unless I’m sleeping among them. But my mother was responsible for those ringlets,” she said.
“In 1970, trying different things meant an entire cocktail of strange chemicals, right?” she asked before Lookinland rang.
“All I had was Miss Clayroll, Jet Black number 23. I remembered the little bottle and said ‘Jet Black’,” he said.

“I was ‘classic blonde’,” Olsen said of her character’s hair color.
People reported that Olsen and her fellow co-stars also reflected their time on hit shows more generally, with Olsen saying that among all co-stars “love is real.”

“I know for me and I might be talking for others, but they put them in the chime and Bob and Florence were in the position we wanted to do this,” Knight said. Robert Reed Florence Henderson played the on-screen parents of Brady’s child, Mike and Carol.

He continued, “We didn’t want to disappoint them. It’s at the heart of the parental relationship. A child who doesn’t want to disappoint their parents for respect.
