The death of Bobby Jenks Emotions have risen on social media as last week’s shocked the world of baseball, and ESPN caught some FLAK for language in a previous social media post about the late closer.
Jenks, 44, died after a battle with stomach cancer. He was a two-time All-Star Chicago White Sox And he was the 2005 bullpen anchor and defeated the Houston Astros in the World Series in a magical postseason run. He made four saves that postseason.

A social media post about Jenks described him as “on the roster.”
