Tensions boiled during the seventh inning of Miami Marlins 12-5 beat the San Francisco Giants at Oracle Park on Thursday.
Giants’ base move Wilmer Flores left at the bottom of the seventh innings and was unhappy with the first base umpire who called him on a check swing.
When Flores expressed his dissatisfaction with the first-based umpire, Marlins pitcher Kade Gibson began to go towards Flores and scream at him before being pushed out by the team’s coaching staff.

Orders were restored immediately and play resumed. Encouraged by clearing the bench, the Marlins scored four runs in the top of the eight innings to make the game 12-5, leaving the game out of reach.
Clearing the bench wasn’t the only controversial moment in Thursday’s match.
