Justin Bardoni’s lawyers made the claim of a new bomb in their case Break Live.
On Wednesday, Bardoni’s team filed documents alleging that the actress “ends with us” had threatened her close friend, Taylor Swift. People reported.

On Wednesday, Lively’s lawyers filed an motion sought with the court to attack the charges from Dockett, saying they were “basically unfounded, unnecessary, inappropriate and abusive,” they told Fox News Digital.
“There should be no need to respond to allegations procured anonymously, unfounded, unfounded, recklessly levelled without supporting evidence. However, each claim in Friedman’s letter is worth recording as clear and clearly false. As a legal matter, Friedman’s letter is fraudulent.

Baldoni’s team wrote on May 14 that they believe the case requires a subpoena Swift.
“The active defendant’s claim that the subpoena seeks unrelated information is incorrect,” wrote Bardoni’s lawyer, Brian Friedman.
Friedman writes that he received hints from “sources that are likely to have reliable information.” Freedman said sources shared that Lively asked Swift to delete certain text messages.

“Friedman also claimed that Lively’s lawyers had contacted Swift’s legal team and requested Ms Swift to issue a statement of support for Lively.” He also said, “If Swift refuses to do so, it implies that private text messages of a personal nature in Lively’s property will be released.”
Fox News Digital reached out to Baldoni and Swift representatives for comment.

Lively then invited Baldoni to his New York City home. There, the actor said he felt Swift and that Reynolds used the rewritten scene to put pressure on him.
“Later, Bardoni felt an obligation to receive a lively textbook, saying that he liked her page and that Reynolds and her mega-celebrity friends didn’t need to put pressure on him,” the complaint said.
“I love what you did. It really helps a lot. It makes it more fun and interesting. (And I’d have felt that way without Ryan and Taylor. [emoji] You are truly an all-out talent. I’m really excited [sic] According to the complaint, Bardoni’s text said.

Lively shared a long response, calling Swift and Reynolds the “dragons” who protect her.
Neither side has given them no indication that they intend to settle outside of court. Legal conflict It is scheduled to go to trial in March 2026 before a New York court.
