
Nick Carter Documents obtained by Fox News Digital say they allegedly sexually assaulted a woman and contracted a sexually transmitted disease.
Laura Penley alleged that her lawsuit was filed in Nevada.
Penley claimed he had no other sexual partner before Carter and tested positive for HPV (human papillomavirus), chlamydia and go disease after alleged assault.

Carter denied the allegations, claiming Penley’s allegations were “the same nonsense from the conspirators’ gang” in a statement provided to Fox News Digital.
“This is the same nonsense from a gang of conspirators and their lawyers who continue to abuse the judicial system in an attempt to ruin Nick Carter,” the statement said. “It’s drawn from the same predictable playbook. It’s been waiting decades before Carter celebrates his professional milestone, and hides behind the privilege of the lawsuit and makes totally false claims, trying to do the greatest damage to Nick and his family.”
His representative said, “Nick can’t even remember meeting Laura Penley. He certainly had no romantic or sexual relationships with her. Those who make these claims have a documented history of financial and legal troubles, filed for bankruptcy and were sued for fraud.

“We not only fight this, but we also call for sanctions against her legal team to enable this frivolous behavior.”
She claimed initially had a “sexually intimate relationship” with Carter, and claimed that she would see the singer “every few weeks” when she visited his apartment in Hollywood.
She insisted that she asked Carter to wear protective gear during the encounter, but he refused, causing Penley to believe that “he believed the sexually transmitted disease was beautiful.” According to the document.

After three instances of “consensual sex,” Carter dismissed her when he asked for a “movie and hangout” instead of sex. He says, “I told her no,” because it was because she had sex and that’s what she wanted.
“Afterwards, Carter was told he picked up the plaintiff from the ground and threw her into bed,” and despite saying “several times,” he “forced ‘attacked’.
It is written that he later instructed her to “secretly keep her sexual assault and no one would believe her.”
Two months later, Penley insisted, and Carter apologized and asked to see her again. Upon arriving at his apartment, she claimed that two of his friends were there.
Carter reportedly told his friend that he was “back soon,” leading Penile into his bedroom, where she told him “she doesn’t want to have sex.” However, Carter is said to have sexually assaulted her again.

In July 2005, she tested positive for HPV, chlamydia and go disease, and test results showed she was positive too Cancer cells. A month later, Penley claims she was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer and had to receive plenty of treatment.

“The effects of Carter’s sexual assault are constant and cause serious emotional distress, physical distress, medical issues, intimate issues and other complicated trauma for the plaintiff,” the lawsuit states.
She also claimed she suffered from continued harassment from a Boy Backstreet fan after being called to testify in a deposition that includes other survivors of Carter’s sexual abuse.
Penley’s lawsuit is the fourth sexual assault lawsuit against Carter in recent years.
Pop star Melissa Schuman The lawsuit was filed in 2023 accusing Carter of accusing Carter of sexual assault and sexual assault, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

“I stood up for myself and faced an extraordinary backlash. I’m fighting to make the music industry a safer place to work and perform.”

Schumann and Carter first met while filming the TV film “The Hollow.” She first moved forward in 2017, accusing Carter of rape. “He doesn’t love you,” the singer claimed that Carter raped her in 2003, when she was 18 years old. He was 22 at the time, according to court documents.
The lawsuit claims that Carter “used his role, position and power.” Famous singer Schumann.
Carter denied the allegation in 2017, saying, “Melissa did not express to me that we didn’t agree that we had done, or at any time, we kept recording songs and playing together.”
Carter was also sued by Shannon “Shay” Ruth and Ashley Repp for sexual assault.
During a press conference held with her lawyer Facebook Live Stream, Ruth claimed that the Backstreet Boys singer raped her in 2001 at the age of 17.

“The past 21 years have been filled with pain, confusion, frustration, shame and self-harm, which are the direct consequences of Nick Carter raping me,” Ruth argued at a press conference.

Carter denied the claim through his lawyer and filed a countersuit. According to a lawsuit obtained by Fox News Digital, Ruth and others alleged the #MeToo movement “defens and slandered Carter, and otherwise ruined his reputation for the purposes of enforcing attention and fame from Carter and/or money.
His honor and loss lawsuit was dismissed in Nevada Court in August 2024.
