
New York Rangers Star forward Artemipanarin and Madison Square Garden Sports, the company that owns Rangers, paid a financial settlement to former team employees last year after alleging that Panarin had sexually assaulted each athletic and that a woman had sexually assaulted them.
Employees alleged that Panarin sexually assaulted her in a hotel room in 2023. Report.
The women’s agreement with Panarin and MSG Sports included private and no cheating approval. The woman was not identified in the report and left the company following the contract.

According to Athletics, the woman said.
The alleged attack occurred in December 2023, when the team was on a road trip, according to the report. The woman was a regular part of the team’s travel parties and attended post-game gatherings with players and staff.
Panarin, 33, said she had a woman’s phone and would return the phone once she got it from his hotel room. When she arrives at Panarin’s hotel room to collect her phone, he is said to have secured her to the bed.
She is said to have pushed him away, retrieved the phone and left the room.

“The club held an outside law firm to conduct an independent investigation, which was fully recognized by the league. We believe the issue is closed.” NHL He said in a statement via Athletic.
“The issue has been resolved,” a MSG Sports spokesperson said in a statement to Fox News Digital.
The NHL and Rangers refused to say whether Panarin was the subject of discipline for alleged sexual assault, according to the report.
At the time the alleged sexual assault occurred, Panarin was in the middle of a great season with the Rangers after signing with the team in 2019. During the 2023-2024 season, Panarin scored 49 goals, a career-high 120 points, playing in all 82 games.
This season, Panarin has scored 37 goals and 89 points in 79 games. On Wednesday, the Rangers announced he was the MVP of the team for the 2024-2025 season.

On Wednesday, Panarin was also awarded a Good Guy Award by the media for accountability and cooperation with the media.
