The fame that accompany Manning due to his football position and his last name certainly creates a celebrity vibe around him in Austin. However, he told reporters at Manning Passing Academy that he received advice from Matthew McConaughey on how to deal with caution.

“It was great to be in my corner. … He taught me different ways to handle things in different situations. He’s much more known than me, so whenever you get advice from him, it’s good.
Manning has already cast NFL hype around him, but says he doesn’t pay much attention to the noise around him.
“I really don’t pay much attention to anyone. Things they think of other than my coach, my parents, and some close friends who tell me the truth. But I’m not worried about what others think.
