Swanton Sector contains 24,000 square miles Includes Vermont; Clinton, Essex, Franklin, St. Lawrence, Herkimer County, New York. Coos, Grafton and Carroll counties, New Hampshire. It is also adjacent to Quebec and Ontario Canada.
Garcia on Monday called the 1,109 anxiety in March 2024 and the difference between last month “a tough contrast.”
“Our mission of border security will never stop. People are still illegally smuggling humans and smuggling into the country,” he wrote in X.
