Zobea Sangi, leader of the “Trump Afghans” movement, formed after the chaotic US withdrawal from Afghanistan, said his community was converted to Trump after the Biden administration’s exit disrupted his hometown.
Now he is urging the president to rethink.

Sangi added that women are facing particularly harsh conditions in Afghanistan, managed by the Taliban.
“They consider women to be subordinate. They get worse than cows,” he said. “Normal Afghans don’t have freedom. It’s prisons. People are essentially under house arrest and cannot escape.”
Despite his frustration, Sangi said he has not retracted his support for Trump, but he appeals to him to reconsider his decision. “We hope that any kind of mistakes made specifically regarding Afghanistan will be corrected.”
He praised Trump for refusing to end foreign aid to Afghanistan, which fell into their hands and urged him not to cast a deal.
“Taliban Mock America will reject your request for the return of our $7 billion military equipment and embrace the terrorists who threaten our hometown,” Sangi said. “We’re not America’s first relationship with them.”
