Under a direct investigation last week, the government asked Jane if she and Diddy had an “hotel night” without drugs. Jane explained that the former couple had attempted a handful of nights and attempted a “drinking party” in October 2023 at Diddy’s request.
“At this time, I just wanted my partner to stay calm,” Jane testified. “I really cared about Sean’s health, and I found out he was overly partying on the so many medications he takes every day because he doesn’t know what.
She continued. “Okay, I’m going to do it for 30 days and do it. I’m going to be calm. But one more drink party, just one, just one drinking party.”
When asked what drug Diddy used at the “drinking party,” Jane replied, “I believe in ecstasy and cocaine, I don’t know.” She also claimed that the party was “too long,” and that it was “nearly 12-18 hours.”

Before cross-examination began on Tuesday, Subramanian denied Didi’s request for a second erroneous statement. Didi’s Legal Team Prosecutors allegedly deliberately presented false testimony to the court in a letter filed June 7th and obtained by Fox News Digital.
