Judge Arun Subramanian denied Shawn: Diddy, Combs A request for a Tuesday morning mistries prior to cross-examination of the rapper’s ex-girlfriend.
Ju’s judge heard testimony last week from Cathy Ventura’s friend Briana “Bana” Bongolan. He claimed in September 2016 Diddy hang from the 17th floor balcony. Some of her testimony came into question after Bana couldn’t remember details of the incident, including which drugs she had at the time.
Didi’s Legal Team Prosecutors allegedly deliberately presented false testimony to the court in a letter filed June 7th and obtained by Fox News Digital.
Diddy’s legal team wrote that Kathy and Bana each provided the court with “clearly false” evidence of the balcony claim and then wrote, “to use this false testimony to obtain a ruling that acknowledges unacceptable hearsay evidence about it, all to present a false narrative to the ju apprentice.”

However, the federal judge ruled there was no interference. Judge Subramanian pointed out that the defense could and did so to attack Bongolan’s testimony to undermine her credibility. According to the judge, there was no bias against the exhibits that helped in the defense case.
Didi’s defense argued that he could not raise this issue before Bongolan stood up, and it is clear that she had deceived herself. The defense argued that there was no basis for the government to not know that the testimony was false.
Prosecutors said there was no perjury and that Bongolan’s testimony could be explained by confusion, mistakes or false memories. The government noted that Bongolan had admitted that she did not remember all the details.

Following Bongolan’s testimony, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Jane He stood up. Testifying under the pseudonym, she told the ju judge about meeting the rapper “Last Night” in 2021. The two dated Didi’s arrest in September 2024.
According to Jane, she was forced to take part in a “Hotel Night.” These sessions could last from 24 hours to multiple days, so while Diddy watched, she was expected to have sex with other men.
