Fox News said Tuesday that Justice Department’s Relentlessness Attorney Ed Martin is reviewing a list of Biden-era pardons granted by the president in the final weeks of his inauguration.
Reuters reported this week that he plans to consider the preemptive pardon that Biden gave to his son Hunter Biden, but this week the office will consider more than 35 death row inmates who have been turned into prisons during Biden’s final day, but it is unclear that individual pardons have been reviewed by Martin’s office this week.
