Indiana Fever Hit the road block in the quest for the WNBA Championship.
The team announced it on Monday Kate Rinklerk You will miss a quad injury for at least two weeks. This is the first time I’ve missed a regular season game due to an injury, either at the college or professional level.
But Fever head coach Stephanie White said Clark has a silver lining that he can’t play.

“I think it’s a great opportunity for Caitlyn to watch games from his side, grow up with a coaching-like mindset and see some of the different things he may be talking about in the film. It doesn’t seem like Clark needs much learning. She has already tied to WNBA Records with the most 20 points and 10 assist games in league history, setting the most assisted record in a single season last year.
Clark scored a season-high 27 points against the Atlanta Dream last Tuesday. She dropped just 11 on Thursday and 18 against 18 champion New York Liberty on Saturday after dropping more than 20 points in each of her first two games.
It is unknown when she was injured. She played each of the four heat games to start the season, and Indiana went 2-2 to start the year, making at least a double double in these three contests.
Clark misses a massive game for the heat, starting with a matchup on the road against the Washington mystics on Wednesday. It’s the first of two matchups with Washington.

She will also miss the match Connecticut Sun And the Chicago sky. If everything goes well, Clark will be able to return to the road against the Atlanta Dream on June 10th.
