The 58-year-old confessed that his transformation was not about willpower, but about convenience.
“I took an appetite suppressant so I’m not proud of it,” the comedian shared About “Today.”
“I was brave enough to put a needle in my stomach,” he joked.

Despite not taking pride in his weight loss transformation, he pointed out the benefits that Mounjaro has given him to his body.
“It’s great because it won’t hurt my knees to stand up,” he explained. “I’m not exhausted… like health benefits like ‘I’ll live longer’, it’s always good, you know.”

“But I love it just because I feel better,” he said. “It’s great. It’s beneficial.”
Gaffigan previously reserved the drug.
“I had very low expectations because I knew who had tried it and they were like, ‘Oh, I was nauseated for a week,'” he told people at the time.

“I thought anything true joy in eating would be overwhelming,” Gaffigan admitted. “That’s a few [the] Why did I want to talk about it? Because I found it kind of weird that people resist talking about it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. ”
Gaffigan is not the only celebrity to praise Munjaro for his slimming appearance.

“I can’t believe this is me,” she captioned the photo. This includes the hashtags “#Mounjaro”, “#weightloss” and “#bodydismorphia.”
Comedian Amy Schumer also praised Mounjaro’s effectiveness in a video clip shared on Instagram in March.
In previous attempts to lose weight, the comedian said he had experienced debilitating side effects while using Ozempic for weight loss.

“I wanted to share it with you and keep it 100, but a few years ago… I tried it. Wegovy, and Schumer said.
“I couldn’t handle it…” she mentioned her previous weight loss prescription.
However, things seemed to be in turn when she switched to Mounjaro.

“My hair is full, my skin is better, I have more energy. If you know what I mean, I want to go down more. I’m talking about sex.”
Schumer added, “It was great, Murujaro was great… I’ve had a really good experience with it, so I wanted to make it a reality with you about it.”
