The singer and actress, professionally known as Cathy, became pregnant for eight months this week with her third child, along with her husband Alex Fein, who was in court in support of her.
The 38-year-old began testimony with the prosecution on Monday, telling stories of long-standing physical and sexual abuse allegations, including “Freak-Off,” a multi-hour sex party that includes drugs and sex workers.
She also claimed Diddy raped her in 2018 after trying to leave him after an 11-year relationship.

They began dating in 2007 after he signed her to his Bad Boy Records label.
In November 2023, Kathy filed a lawsuit against Diddy, alleging rape and abuse. The 55-year-old rapper settled the lawsuit a day later, but more lawsuits from more accusers soon followed.

The couple published their relationship in 2018, months after their breakup with Didi. That same year, she and Fine announced that Cathy was pregnant with their first child.
Surveillance video of Diddy, who bet Cathy at a hotel in 2016, surfaced, and Fine supported his wife, saying, “The man who attacked a woman is not a man. The man who activates it and protects those people is not a man.”
Cathy has often publicly declared her love for her husband on social media, writing this March on her birthday.

Cathy, who is pregnant with a fine third child, announced that she is pregnant in the first few months after the couple began dating.
Their eldest son, Franky (5 years old), was born in December 2019, and their next daughter, Sunny (4 years old), arrived in March 2021.

Cathy regularly shares photos and videos of her healthy life with her amazing life and her daughters, including playgrounds, toy stores, ice skating, going to the beach and doing puzzles together.

On Sunny’s third birthday, Fine wrote an Instagram homage to her, calling her “fearless, funny, clever, kind, and absolute wildcard.”

“Not only is she a little best friend of Frankie, but so is Kathy and I,” he added. “She was a tough baby in a dress, who loved the spice girl and Wednesday Adams, who was always singing and dancing.
Cassie file suit against Diddy
In November 2023, Kathy filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of years of abuse. Diddy settled the lawsuit on a private amount just a day later. Cathy revealed this week in court that the settlement was $20 million.
“I have decided to resolve this issue in a friendly manner on the condition that I have some control,” Kassie said in a statement at the time. “I would like to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.”

Cathy began testifying against Diddy this week as a prosecutor’s witness in sex trafficking trials, reciting allegations of abuse against the ju judge.
Meanwhile, Fine sat in court to quietly support her pregnant wife.
Fine has also supported his wife on social media for years. On his 37th birthday in August 2023, he called her “best mom, wife.” [and] Best friend. The most beautiful, lovely, interesting and caring person. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my birthday together. ”
Last year, on Valentine’s Day, he paid tribute to Cathy and their two daughters.
