Feud between Zach Brian And then singer-songwriter John Moreland escalated.
Moreland went to social media earlier this week to respond to the drama with a poignant video after Brian removed the duet track from his album.
“Okay, so I’ll say one more thing about it… I’ll go back to my real life and have fun on the internet. When asked to join that album, I didn’t know the guy. I’ve never met him. [Tulsa, Oklahoma]ask me to be recorded. It’s cool,” Moreland explained in an Instagram video.

The feud began last Friday when Moreland criticized Brian’s $350 million record deal.

Brian had a new contract with his label, Warner Records, to expand his contract to include at least two albums. According to variety. The outlet claims he is selling or is currently selling the publication catalogue, claiming that the two deals total $350 million.
Brian shared a screenshot of Moreland’s comments and added his own response.

In another post, Brian said his message would be the last to comment on the issue, explaining that “it’s not partial to discussing with a man who hurts an adult.”
