Kelly Osborne says she received more criticism for her weight than anything else she’s ever done, including drugs and alcohol.
On Saturday, the reality TV star participated in the inaugural Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit panel held at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles. During her appearance, rocker Ozzy Osbourne and television personality Sharon Osbourne’s daughter revealed the scrutiny she endured over the years due to her physical appearance.

Osborne, even physical embarrassment, overshadowed some of her past struggles.
“I was a drug addict and an alcoholic… I was totally confused and disrespectful to people.
Osborne explained how she often received backhand comments when she was heavier.

“people [would] ‘You’re so beautiful. Lose a bit of weight and then you’ll end up in a total package? ” she said.
According to the outlet, the “Dancing with the Star” alum attempted “everything” to drop the pound. However, it wasn’t until Osborne addressed her to her mental health that she began to see results.
“We tried surgery, drugs, diet, exercise, and more, everything there is probably,” Osborne explained. “I got my heart where it was needed and everything started to fall into place.”

“It’s not as simple as changing your diet and moving,” she said. “You have to change your brain. Before you start, you have to come to peace and acceptance as to where you are in your life.”
In 2020, Osborne said Raw Hollywood podcasts Her stomach sleeve surgery was “the best thing I’ve ever done.” Still, she emphasized that it was not a one-night solution.

“I had to go through a year of standalone therapy to prepare for the surgery before I had it,” she continued. “What people don’t realize is that if you have an addiction problem, it stops your cravings, stops eating emotionally, and it’s a big problem for me. It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not an easy fix.”
In 2023, Osborn told Fox News Digital that he spent nine months pregnant with his father in secret. She and Slipknot musician Sid Wilson welcomed her son Sidney in late 2022.
“I literally sat at home with my dad for nine months. I was the best pregnant I’ve ever had,” she said at the time. “We had so much fun. We really did it. But there was no way for me to go outside and see people and make me embarrassed because I was so big.”

Osborne said she was afraid to face public while she was eager to motherhood Scrutiny of her growing baby bump.

Osborne said he was trying to avoid making comments about her weight and speculation about whether she was at work. But one day is better than the other.
“I don’t lie and say there’s no similar day to say, ‘Holy f —, that’s mean,'” she said.

In her third season, She was diagnosed with gestational diabetesReported by People Magazine. According to the outlet, she reduced processed sugar to deal with symptoms of weight gain, fatigue and swelling in her ankles.
“I hid for nine months when I was pregnant because I didn’t want what they did when Jessica Simpson got pregnant [to happen to me]”, Osborne said of the stars being mercilessly embarrassing.
“I think I didn’t like it,” Osborne said. “I still don’t like it. It’s scary, absolutely terrifying. She was pregnant. What should you look like when you’re pregnant?”

“I think what she did was incredible, but not all girls are Rihanna,” Osborne continued. “I definitely felt pressured. [to lose weight after giving birth]. And I fell 100% like losing the baby’s weight. I’m glad I lost it, but that’s because I didn’t want to be chosen. ”
