Brookburk’s The “strange” morning routine is not for the weak, but she says it is worth it.
In a new interview with Fox News Digital, Burke broke her detailed three-hour health and beauty routine.
“This caster oil belly button detox is popping on social media right now. I’ve started sucking. I ordered a kit,” Burke began.
“It’s not about caster oil. I think it’s really about the process of connecting with the belly and heating the core. You sleep with it, so you get this big bandage… I personally think it’s just so weird that everyone is interested.”

“It actually helps to feel bloated, detoxified. The quality of the skin is great. And it may be that it’s mental.

Burke adds two scoops of longevity powder to her smoothie every morning, but she also listens to her body to see what she needs every day.

“I think a lot of women have a hard time getting protein… especially in their 40s, 50s, 60s – we have to improve our protein intake for lean muscles. It gets stiffer to maintain the muscles we have and certainly build muscle.
One morning, Burke makes a cold thrust for her face. She fills the bowl with ice water and covers her face inside.

“So it’s like a big tupperware or a big bowl. It needs to be filled with ice. Isn’t it just cold water? No, does it get slimy? Does it get tight? Yes, cold water, it’s skin reacting.
“It actually works. So all the weird stuff I posted in my morning routine, yes, I really do it, yes, they really work,” Burke said with a laugh.
Burke recently uploaded a video of her morning routine to Instagram, causing many mixed reviews.
“Is this her daily routine? I’m all for self-care and self-love, but it seems a little too much for this single mother,” one user wrote.
Another added, “What about people who need to go to work and go around the world?”

In an interview with Fox News Digital, Burke explained that she wakes up very early in the morning to make sure she has important time for herself. She also spoke to people who were skeptical of their morning routine.
“I think it’s difficult. I think change is difficult. I think it will take time, but the reality is that you’re worth it. And if you can get up early and steal an extra day, then go.
She added, “I think I’ll wake up an hour before. Yes, I’ll meditate in the morning. And that may mean you lie down for 10 minutes. There is no need to completely calm your mind. ”

Burke shared a time hack she’s been embracing, like “Walking and Talk.”
“Stolen an hour, move in the morning and walk, maybe a lot of calls. I know what I’ve been doing lately. It’s a walk and a story.

“That’s not my workout. These are free calories and they’re free, so put that into perspective,” she said.
For those who don’t have much time in the morning, Burke suggests that people prioritize time for themselves, get a good night’s rest, go out and walk.
